OUR MIKE
|
Please know that you are not forgotten. We remember you as an athletic champion, a classmate, and friend, but most of all, as a fellow veteran who gave the ultimate sacrifice for his family, friends, and country. Rest in peace and know that you are remembered fondly and sadly missed.

You are loved and remembered.
From a relative, |
I just want to say to the Ebert family that Mike is in our prayers.
Even to his cousins and relatives who only knew him as their hero,
I'll always remember him,
Sincerely, Mike's cousin, |
My name is Zack Rodriguez and I am reading these wall postings as an assignment for my ROTC class at the University of Texas. As a future officer of the United States Army, reading these postings has really opened my eyes to the personal loss to family and friends that goes along with every soldier who does not return home. More than ever, I now see the future soldiers that I will be leading as my responsibility, not only for their well being, but for their families as well. I would like to thank Corporal Ebert for his sacrifice along with every other veteran willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for freedom.
Sincerely, |
A Community Remembers
