Many people incorrectly think our organization maintains the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC. We do not.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial is maintained by the US National Park Service using your tax dollars.

The National Park Service provides:

National Park Service Rangers to staff the site.
Uniforms for the NPS volunteers who work at the site.
Rubbing papers and other supplies for the NPS volunteers.
Security via National Park Service Police.
Periodic cleaning of the Wall.
Grounds keeping and snow removal.
Lighting.
Security, crowd control, and setting up the stage and chairs for ceremonies.
