This a memorial to my father who died
His tour of duty began on June 7, 1968,
From his daughter, |
I want to say what a good man Allen was - you see, I was his wife. We had a daughter. She never got to kmow him, but I know he was very proud of her. I only wish that she could have known him. He went off to war wanting to come home as did all the guys that lost their lives there. So I hope someone will know of him so she will find out what a great man he was. Thank you.
From his wife, |
Allen was assigned to the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment (Blackhorse) at the time of his death. 11th Armored Cavalry Veterans of Vietnam and Cambodia are attempting to locate relatives of all of our Troopers who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.
