A Note from The Virtual WallWarrant Officer John Rizzo went through flight training at Fort Wolters and Fort Rucker in flight class 69-1, receiving his wings on 11 March 1969. He and two other men of A Company, 101st Avn Bn, died when their UH-1H Huey (tail number 67-17349) was shot down:
