I was only 11 years old when my cousin lost his life in the service of his country. He paid the ultimate price so that we may enjoy the liberty and freedom we often take for granted. For that, I believe he, and all others who fought by his side, deserve the utmost respect for their sacrifices. Retired military myself, I can appreciate the pride he must have felt to serve his country. Thank you Clifton, your patriotism and sacrifices have not gone unrecognized.

"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask
what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what
America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man."

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963)
Inaugural address, 1961
