A Note from The Virtual Wall

On 14 Sep 1968, during Operation KINGFISHER, E Company 2/4 Marines lost five men to enemy artillery fire on their position about 5 kilometers south-southeast of Con Thien (Hill 158):
  • Cpl John M. Gallagher, Elizabeth, NJ;
