To my beloved brotherIt's hard for me to believe I have survived all these years without you. You are the other half of my childhood gone missing. The empty place in my heart has your shape and so no one else can ever complete that puzzle. You know how much I loved you and still love you. The pride I feel when I think of you, which is every day, is at least as large as the continuing ache I have in my soul for you. As I get older, I feel more certain that we will be together again in some way. This is what I look forward to and makes looking back easier. Until then, may God hold you close and give you joy and peace. You were an exceptional person, dedicated so much to your country and full of love for so many, especially the downtrodden. You are my hero.
