A Note from The Virtual Wall The MACV Summary for July 1969 contains the following entry for 14 July: Although the entry isn't specific enough to be sure it refers to the Bravo 1/12 engagement in Tay Ninh Province on 14 July, it seems to do so - except that instead of two wounded, there were two dead: CPL Ralph A. Wellinghoff, New Baden, IL, and PFC James H. Smith, Leitchfield, KY.
