From a friend, |
TO MY BROTHER, GLENN I am very proud of you, I am honored to be your brother. We love and miss you. I have a daughter that looks like you. She wants to go in the Army too, just like we did, brother. You are a true man, you gave it all, you took the fall for all America. You are honored at our home every day the sun comes up. I look at your picture of you and Sergeant Thomas Aikens every day. Tom has brought you home to my family and me. He loves you so very much, my brother. He has been our 'guardian angel'; he has told us of his time with you, a part of your life that was missing, that I have not had for many years now. We will be so grateful to meet him face to face, to shake his hand, to sit down to talk to him, a lot more about you, my brother. You are a very important part of my life, Glenn, you always have been. We love and honor you, my brother.
With all my love and respect to you, PS - Anyone that wants to e-mail me about Glenn, feel free to. |
