Robert "Bubba" Shelton King, Jr. was my uncle. He was killed before I was even born. I don't know too much about him. It has always been hard for my father and the family to talk about him. I do know that he was a jokester. If anyone could provide me with any information, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Uncle Bubba!

A Note from The Virtual WallOn 08 Oct 1969 Lima Company, 3rd Bn, 4th Marines was under the operational control of 2nd Bn, 4th Marines, assisting with security sweeps along Highway QL-9 which ran from the Dong Ha area west into Laos.
