Randall Scott Fletcher is on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Panel 46W Line 001.

Randy was the older boy next door. He was extremely artistic and played the guitar as well. He was kind, a good neighbor, a good person and very handsome. We wrote throughout the time he was in the service. Randy died in Tay Ninh on 8/24/68. Never forgotten.
