A Note from The Virtual Wall

H&S Company, 2/26th Marines, lost three Navy Corpsmen as a result of enemy actions on 17 Apr 1968. Two died that day; one the following day from wounds received:
  • HM3 Charles T. Langenfeld, Watertown, SD; and
  • HN James C. Delaplane, Camden, IN;
  • HN Jose A. Lopez, Sanger, CA (DoW 04/18/1968)
