A Note from The Virtual Wall

E Troop, 17th Cavalry, was the 173rd Airborne Brigade's ground reconnaissance unit. On 07 Sep 1970, E Troop lost three men:
  • CPL Eddie J. Padilla, Stevinson, CA;
  • PFC Eugene A. Aaron, Tampa, FL; and
  • PFC Brent W. Sveen, Fargo, ND.
